At Benchmark, we stand by the quality of our performance gear; if your equipment doesn't help you reach your peak, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the sports gear you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the return process and secure it to your package.

  Drop Off Package

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; ensure all original packaging is included to protect the gear during transit.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
